In response to Kerry Group supplier requirements, an internal training session has been conducted during the annual maintenance period on Aug.24-25 in our factory. Participants included senior management team and key personnel from production, quality and supply chain.
The training is aimed to reinforce our commitment to food safety and quality. It has covered the full text of the current version of Kerry Group Supplier Requirements Manual, with a focusing on Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Meanwhile, the current version of the Supplier Code of Conduct of Kerry Group has been communicated in detail to all participants.
The two days training has enabled the senior management team and key personnel a good understanding of Kerry Group supplier requirements in such a way that the current HACCP plan, GMP & GLP program, pest control, product control, traceability and recall, food defense and security program, etc. have been strengthened systematically. It demonstrated our commitments to produce safe and legal products with high quality to satisfy customer requirements, and has laid down a sound foundation for us to remain the most reliable supplier to food industries worldwide.
